If you already have the reward of a certain level you will skip that level when you reach it. For example, if before you had all previous 16 Cash Charger gifts, then now your VIP level will be 16, and you can keep advancing to get the newly added "Cash Charger" gifts 17-20. 💡 Your VIP level and points will be shown when clicking the Charge button in the lobby inside the game.
